Yoga is the perfect supplement to any high-school or college athlete's training regimen. I've done both individual and team sessions for football, baseball, pickleball, and other sports. Whether you're a coach looking for a pre-workout class to boost your team's agility, a parent wanting to help your student athlete with injury prevention or recovery, or a player aiming to improve in all areas of your sport (and life), I can help you.
I don't just work with athletes. I believe yoga is for everyone! That's why I offer general yoga classes that are open to the public. From Sound Baths to Align & Flow classes to my two-week Yoga Fit series, you can find the style that suits you. Classes are typically held in Anniston, AL, unless otherwise stated. I can also travel to teach workshops or host private classes for parties or other groups.
Interested in going all in? Yoga retreats are an amazing way to completely recharge your mind, body, and soul. Whether you need a mental reset, a dedicated time to focus on your yoga practice, or a casual outlet to meet cool new people — or all the above — you'll love my yoga retreats. I usually host two "big" retreats per year, plus a few other day retreats, in or near Alabama. Each retreat varies, but you can expect awesome food, self-care, swag, adventure... and, oh yeah, yoga!
